This position focuses on the coordination of Clinical and Patient Care Services related Information System projects. The Analyst will provide support in the areas of application, development, implementation, optimization, and maintenance for clinical and patient care support information systems. The analyst applies clinical, workflow, and patient care system knowledge and expertise to promote the use of information systems, adding value to the healthcare delivery process.

Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Nursing or Information Systems. Registered Nurse License in the State of Wisconsin. Three - five years of RN experience in Women's Health/Perinatal. Strong communication skills. Knowledge of information systems analysis, design, testing, and implementation. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Project leadership experience. Problem solving skills.
Excellent organizational skills. Exposure and experience with quality improvement concepts and tools.
Preferred (Education, Experience, Skills):
Masters degree in Nursing or related field with course work including computer applications. ANA certification in Informatics.
Knowledge of time & attendance & scheduling systems. Knowledge of patient acuity systems.
