This position will be housed at North Colorado Medical Center, a Magnet Hospital. There will be limited travel to our facilities within the Western Region throughout 6 states. Responsibilities: Functioning under ANA scope of practice for Development Professionals, the position offers the unique challenge to blend core content across a six state region that includes 11 hospitals, both rural and urban and with over 5000 committed clinical staff. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be a member of a dynamic, progressive Team of professional development experts who assume a multiplicity of roles including educator, leader, consultant, researcher, change agent, and facilitator.

Qualifications: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- RN license and Master's degree in Nursing, Education or related field.
- Three to five years work experience in Med/Surg.
- Current knowledge and expertise of skills necessary for Med/Surg.
- Minimum of two years in a position with primary responsibility for design and delivery of learning content.
- Demonstrated understanding of adult learning principles.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation and computer technology skills.
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Ability to take initiative, problem solve and improve processes.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Demonstration of learning principles with use of multiple modalities, both traditional and non-traditional.
- Development, delivery and evaluation of education programs and projects related to the Med/Surg preferred.
