Job Details: - 1 to 2 years related experience preferred . Principal Duties and Responsibilities (also known as Function/Outputs) include the following. Other duties may be assigned and all duties are subject to change: · Assume routine and minor executive duties thereby allowing the Executive to be available for other matters, while creating friendly and cooperative impressions for the general public and visitors. · Receive calls for the Executive, determining identify of caller and nature of call. · Keep Executive's calendar. Schedule, accept, refuse, reroute appointments. Ensure all official and social obligations are met. · Review memos, correspondence and action documents before forwarding to the Executive. · Handle travel arrangements and registration for seminars/conferences for the Executive. · Make arrangements for conferences, schedules meeting rooms and provides agenda for meetings. · Coordinate audio-visual aids and selection of appropriate food and beverages for meetings. · Keep up to date on new policies and procedures in and out of the hospital. · Type correspondence, make copies, distribute memos, etc., collate and assemble manuals, booklets, presentations, etc. · Maintain files of correspondence and related material. Keeps confidential files. - Serves as back-up for staff on vacation, etc. - teamwork
