IT Infrastructure Budget Analyst - Plymouth, MN
Primary Responsibilities:
- Managing collection exercises to assemble spending plans/forecasts, service cost data, and service usage data from cost center owners
- Scheduling and facilitating meetings to allow Finance and IT leadership to review data with each cost center owner
- Managing timetables and report status of collection exercises
- Collecting notes from cost center owners on reasons for budget variances
- Working with business analysts and technical staff to improve data collection templates and reports as well as better automate data collection and aggregation
- This is a heavily deadline driven environment.
Qualifications Qualifications:
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience working with IT Infrastructure
- Advanced skill level in MS Excel
- 2+ years of project coordination experience
Assets:
- 6 months or more finance or accounting experience is preferred
- Experience with database technologies is preferred
- IT Budget analysis experience in preferred
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
