Financial Reporting Manager, HCP Reporting-31190
Description
The primary function of this role is to manage the daily operations of the HCP (Health Care Provider) Internal and External Reporting group within Finance Shared Services located in Natick, MA. The qualified candidate will promote high quality controls, efficient processes and timely and accurate HCP reporting to internal and external customers. Strong influencing and partnering skills are required to work with other business units to ensure the on going operation supports the needs of the global compliance group.
Some specific responsibilities for the job include:
- Leading the day-to-day operations of the HCP Internal and External Reporting team. Set direction and objectives for the organization. Recruit, develop and retain a strong team of financial professionals.
- Partnering with the global Compliance team to understand any changes in government or regulatory reporting requirements and establish a reporting process to meet or exceed those requirements.
- Creating a standard set of internal and external HCP spend reports to be delivered at regular intervals. Develop a reconciliation process to assure the accuracy and completeness of that data. Perform complex HCP data analysis to identify trends and outliers that warrant further review.
- Creating a culture of continuous improvementthat supports Boston Scientifics’ Quality Policy, Quality System and enhances organizational effectiveness.
- Ensuring the timely and accurate response to data requests from various internal customers (business and compliance groups) to meet required deadlines and service level agreements.
Requirements include a Bachelors Degree with an MBA preferred. A minimum of 8 - 10 years business related experience, with specific experience working with SAP (BW). The qualified candidate must have the ability to Influence at senior levels of the organization, have a working knowledge of Health Care Provider rules, and be self-motivated to constantly adjust to changing priorities. In the role, you'll need to have high attention to detail, and accuracy, within a high-volume work environment. and strong knowledge of internal controls and audit processes.
