We are currently seeking
Senior FHA Mortgage Processors
to join our growing team
Job Qualifications:
  • Experience with FHA/VA/government loan product Underwriting and Processing required
  • Background in Post Closing required as clearing conditions and various other post closing duties will be a part of this role
  • Past history in a supervisory role is a plus
  • Ability to maintain required turn time on approve/eligible and manual underwrites
  • Knowledge of mortgage agency products such as FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA as well as private conduit and mortgage insurance guidelines
  • Ability to work in a team environment and assist in the development of the Underwriter II's on assigned team
  • Ability to prioritize, work independently and meet deadlines
  • Work well in a fast paced environment and be able to interact with Loan Officers, borrowers & brokers
  • Possess excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Computer savvy
  • Must be flexible, and willing to learn at a rapid pace
  • Detailed oriented with the ability to handle last minute deadlines
  • Ability to work overtime or evening shifts when necessary
  • This position will work out of our Birmingham, MI headquarters
