Pathology Education Coordinator/QA

Job Details

Medical Technologist responsible for education and training of all new employees, students, residents. Coordinates and directs quality control programs, document control, compliance/competency efforts and TJC/CAP inspection preparations in Hematology Core Lab. Serves as technical specialist and performs clinical testing.

Required: Must have minimum of 5 yrs. experience in hematology. BS in Medical Technology (CLS) and ASCP or NCA certification required. Excellent technical, communication, leadership and customer service skills required.
