Our client is a world-class processor of food and beverage products. They are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for their facility located nearby Clovis, New Mexico. Our client is a long established and leading company in the dairy industry. They offer an excellent benefit package, including relocation assistance.

The Opportunity

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee all maintenance of the physical plant and production equipment. This position will work to ensure the reliability of all equipment and ensure that proper safety practices are in place. This is an exciting opportunity for an aggressive and experienced maintenance professional to work for a world-class leader in the food industry. Other responsibilities include:

· Supervise the maintenance staff. Help develop core competencies through formal and on the job training.

· Conduct routine plant and equipment inspections. Manage the overall preventative maintenance (PM) program.

· Investigate all maintenance related problems. Prioritize and schedule repair activities. Arrange emergency repairs as needed.

· Procure all maintenance parts and supplies.

Requirements

· 3 years experience in a food manufacturing plant.

· Supervisory experience.

· Leadership and teamwork skills.

· Bachelors degree in engineering is a plus.

· Dairy processing experience is a major plus.
