Position Summary:
Represent Credit Union to members in a courteous and professional manner, providing prompt, efficient, and accurate service in the processing of transactions; Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations / laws including but not limited to The Bank Secrecy Act.

Essential Functions:

  • Perform routine member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers and check cashing.
  • Provide routine information on Credit Union services or policies, including eligibility for membership, types of Credit Union accounts, insurance on loans, loan policies, interest rates, current dividend rates, locations, office hours, etc.
  • Apply and evaluate policies and procedures for the branch.
  • Cross-sell all services offered by the Credit Union.

  • Respond to member requests, problems and complaints, and/or direct them to the proper person for specific assistance.

  • Other duties as assigned.
