We are expanding our sales organization to take advantage of the unprecedented opportunities in the marketplace brought on by the current credit crisis and the resulting disruptions and dislocations. We are looking for individuals with a proven track record selling services to business owners and senior executives.
Requirements:
> 3+ years of verifiable sales experience (references required)
> Has had formal sales training
> Has experience selling over the phone
> Has experience or is comfortable selling to senior executives and business owners
> Has experience working from home, is disciplined and self motivated
> Has highly develop professional writing and verbal communications skills
> Experienced in dealing with technology related to accessing the Internet
> Experienced with Microsoft Office programs Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
> Has an established home based office, equipped with a computer/printer, dedicated phone line(s), high speed Internet, privacy and environment conducive selling professional services
Compensation:
This position has a 100% commission “incentive based” compensation plan with an attractive 18 month residual income component that will give the Sales Executive the ability to earn $150,000 to $200,000 per year beginning the second year. The first year compensation is likely to range from $50K to $70K with the potential to exceed this estimate with most of the income beginning after the fourth month.
The company will provide an xLite softphone (software for your computer) with direct dial number and voice mail for unlimited free long distance. The Sales Executive is responsible to provide a quiet environment conducive to making sales calls along with a computer (including Outlook, Word, Excel) and DSL pace wired Internet connection.
Additional Duties:
As additional information, this position will call prospective clients to inform them about our services. While the company we will provide lists of prospects, the Sales Executive will be trained and expected to generate additional prospects.
Our services provide a future and long lasting benefit to our clients. It is important to establish a relationship with the prospect requiring 7 or more calls and emails to the same person before they will entertain accepting our services.
Once the sale is made it is likely the client will remain with the company for an extended period of time generating commission income as defined above.
It is anticipated that once a relationship is established and the prospect is interested in a service, one of the partners who is a national expert in the specific field will join the call to help close the sale. The Sales Executive will then work with sales support to prepare the contract and once closed, continue to follow-up with the client to confirm expectations are met and offer additional services from which additional commission is generated.
All prospect communication is captured in a lead management systems that the Sales Executive is required to maintain. The Sales Executive is also required to comply with all company policies and procedures that will be discussed in subsequent interview discussions.
