We are looking for mature business professionals who want to work hard and be rewarded!By top-notch, we are looking for these qualities in our Inside Sales Representatives ❖ Results-oriented: a sales rep who has been recognized for achieving sales quotas and who has delivered results; an excellent work ethic.❖ Driven and tenacious: a rep who loves the chase and has a demonstrated track record that they have uncovered and secured sales; has been able to achieve success over the phone. Some travel and face-to-face selling is required to college accounts and/or to sales meetings. Travel 4-5 times a year approximately.❖ Flexible and superior communication skills: an individual who is capable of comfortably selling to all levels of the collegiate community: from part-time faculty to full professors to college deans and/or administrators. ❖ Intellectually curious: inquisitive by nature and one who seeks to understand all angles of the customers’ needs and circumstances.❖ Stamina over the telephone: a rep who is accustomed to being on the phone 2+ hours a day making dozens of outbound sales calls.❖ Consultative sales acumen: we sell educational content to college professors. As a result, our Sales Representatives consult with customers to understand their teaching outcomes and objectives.❖ Multi-tasker and master prioritizer: given our multiple product-lines, compressed selling season, and high volume of customers, our Sales Reps must be superior multi-taskers. They must be able to prioritize and re-prioritize accounts quickly and effortlessly.
