Software Engineer-Algorithm Design: SiRF Technology, Inc

• Implement new capabilities in existing software to aid navigation.
• Design enhancements to existing models for GNSS receiver navigation functions.
• Design of the algorithms and code with reduced throughput and memory footprint.
• Design of test tools for performance evaluation of the new capabilities.
• Provide analysis of software implementations to diagnose problems and determine required corrective action.
• Support data analysis in customer configurations.

• Strong abilities in mathematical computations.
• Familiarity with development tools such asVisualStudio and MATLAB.
• Solid C/C++ programming skills.
• Some combination of:
  • Navigation Filter Design and Nonlinear Dynamic System Modeling knowledge.
  • Knowledge of GPS and satellite orbits.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Masters or Ph. D. degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in development of mathematical software a strong plus.
