Facilities Supervisor
Saint Anne's Hospital

Job Description:
Candidate will be responsible for supervising all department personnel and their respective work. You will be responsible for maintaining the Hospitals' automated building management system i.e. ENE (Invensys), JCI (Metasys), Trane (Tracer Summit), as well as all HVAC equipment including but not limited to; air handlers, valves, pumps, chillers, towers, and all associated devices. This will be achieved with the help of outside professionals. You will also assist the Director with organizing and managing outside vendors, and contractors, and take part in managing hospital projects; in-house and contracted. Must have at least 10 years facilities/engineering experience in a hospital environment. Must have a valid Massachusetts HVAC license. Must have supervisory experience.
