Human Resources Clerk, Inventory CLerk, Store Manager and Asst Store Manager: Goodwill Industries of South Central California

Goodwill Industries of South Central California is currently accepting applications for the following positions: Human Resources Clerk This position requires the ability to multi task and prioritize duties in a fast paced, demanding environment. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, maintaining accurate personnel files, staffing logs, and vacancy reports, scheduling appointments, processing new hire paperwork, communicating closely with management team and other HR related duties as assigned. Selected candidate must maintain a high degree of confidentiality! Human Resources and/or Staffing experience preferred. Inventory Clerk Track and maintain an accurate physical count of all inventories by utilizing a computer system, Process supply orders for approval and delivery in a timely manner, Compile daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reports as assigned, Follow Loss Prevention policies and procedures to comply with Loss Prevention Audits, Follow safety policies and ensure safe working conditions at all times. Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager Serve as a positive role model as you will be working with disabled/disadvantaged individuals. Supervise the store personnel, store activities in a professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction and provide maximum security and protection of donated merchandise and company assets. Effectively communicate and implement company policies and procedures. Perform all necessary personnel functions, including record keeping, scheduling, payroll management, monthly budget, disciplinary functions, evaluations and training. Retail experience preferred. These positions require a valid California Drivers License, reliable transportation, proof of insurance and ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
