OVERVIEW:

Manage and evaluate all aspects of store operations and merchandising to Burke’s Outlet standards in assigned location. Improve sales and profitability by coaching and developing staff to meet and/or exceed their job requirements around store standards, customer service, recruiting and retention.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Achieve performance goals for sales and profitability.

* Schedule and supervise store employees through personnel related activities.

* Assume accountability for executing merchandise presentation in assigned store.

* Monitor and maintain store security programs in order to ensure the ongoing protection of Company assets and funds.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be willing to:

* Travel when required.

* Work varying hours and schedules.

* Have a valid Driver’s license in the state of employment.
