Wanted: Hillside Village of De Soto, a long term care facility with assisted living and skilled unit has 2 openings available: Director of Nursing: RN needed with great communication skills as well as people person that can multi-task and delegate when appropriate. Our 95 bed facility is nested in a small town with great staff and management that supports!! We are a equal opportunity employer looking for an RN that is energetic, with long term care experience and some director of nursing experience is a plus. Dietary manager: Manager of 8-10 staff with leadership skills, multi-tasker that will ensure the menus are followed and the wants and needs of the residents in our care are given quality intake. Prefer a Certified Dietary Manager but will train the right person.
