Job Description:
Volt has a great opportunity to work in a corporate call center environment in the DTC! This position will help support escalated calls regarding wireless phone services. If you are interested in supporting a growing organization in a professional environment this could be the position for you. Position Overview:Providing effective customer service to both internal and external customers over the phone. Within a team environment resolve and evaluate difficult and sensitive client issues.Duties/Responsibilities:• Answer and follow-up with customers regarding inquiries, complaints, and escalations.• Help drive retention and outstanding service utilizing current guidelines, products, and services.• Respond to customer requests and questions using e-mail and written correspondence. • Research and gather additional information to resolve customer disputes.• Maintain detailed customer communications records.• Maintain customer database • Operate internal billing applications, Microsoft Office Software and office equipment• Process credit adjustments, billing refunds and account inquiries.• Partner with SME within the company to resolve escalated issues.

Job Requirements:
Required Skills:• Minimum of 3 years related experience in customer relations in an escalated environment• Some college preferred• Bi-lingual preferred• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Database Navigation• Professional demeanor, communication abilities, and appearance
