CMI Management is seeking an experienced Production Control Clerk to provide service desk services for a 600,000 square foot facility in Gulf Port, MS.

Qualifications: Must be US citizen or permanent resident Alien. Must pass background check and be able to pass security clearance if necessary. Must possess at least three (3) years of service desk experience related to the operation, maintenance, repair of complex facilities. Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), such as Maximo, considered a plus.

Responsibilities include: answering service desk calls and collecting all pertinent information, including: description of the problem, location, date and time of call, priority of the call and any other information necessary to generate a work order in our CMMS System, Maximo. The Production Clerk will enter all information into Maximo, assign a work order number to each service call ticket, and contact a technician to perform work.

The successful candidate will demonstrate will be extremely organized, have strong computer skills, and exceptional verbal communications skills. A commitment to providing superior customer satisfaction is a must.

Education: High School Diploma
