JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking professional individuals to perform in a technical call management capacity in our Mechanicsburg, PA facility.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of Managerial experience
- Help Desk experience
- A+ Certification (plus any additional certifications)
- Excellent communication skills
- Sun server experience a plus
- Dec Alpha server experience a plus
- Windows server hardware certifications a plus
- 2 years field hardware experience preferred
- Unix, Microsoft, Mac OS experience
- Printer knowledge a plus
- Knowledge of contracted customer SLA's
- Southware knowledge
- Ability to work in an independent as well as a team environment
- "Hands-on" experience with high-end equipment (servers, tape systems, hid-range equipment, controllers)
Must be flexible in work schedule since this is a 24x7 environment.
Starting salary: DOE
