Perot Systems is seeking Systems Administrator IT professionals who are US citizens and possess a National Security Clearance with a fullscope polygraph clearance. Perot Systems has a number of opportunities for professional staff covering a wide range of experience and skill levels. The majority of the opportunities are located in the Fort Meade, Maryland area as well as at a number of locations elsewhere in the U.S. and overseas.
Current CCNA Certification required. Monitors, analyzes, troubleshoots, and/or evaluates hardware, software and other network related problems; provide technical expertise for performance and/or configuration of the global networks and systems. Performs general LAN/CAN/WAN administration. Schedules conversions and cutover. Coordinates with all responsible users and sites to resolve network or system incidents. Clearance: Candidate must possess a National Security clearance with Full Scope Polygraph. Required Skills
Communications Network Operator/Technician monitors, analyzes, troubleshoots, and/or evaluates hardware, software and other network related problems; provide technical expertise for performance and/or configuration of the global networks and systems. Performs general LAN/CAN/WAN administration.
Schedules conversions and cutover. Coordinates with all responsible users and sites to resolve network or system incidents. Responsible for monitoring, tracking and evaluating global Information Technology Infrastructure incidents. Contractor shall also have the following experience: Cisco/Foundry experience, solid background in switching, experience on NSA's enterprise network, IP management (DHCP/DNS), long haul comms experience (tech control), CCNA or equivalent.
Clearance: Candidate must possess a National Security clearance with Full Scope Polygraph. Desired Skills
Must possess experience in one or more systems and architectures and associated hardware which is mainframe, mini, or client/server based. Experience with at least one of the following operating systems is required: Windows, Unix, or Linux. Education
Education required:
Bachelor's degree Experience
