Fragrance Marketing Manager, Fabric & Laundry Care: Paladin Recruiting and Staffing

A leading fragrances and flavors company with offices in NJ & NYC seeks a Marketing Manager for its North NJ location (45 min straight drive from Manhattan ).

The Marketing Manager will manage CPG global accounts and be responsible for global market analysis, sensory trend forecasting, consumer market research & testing, and developing client presentations. The fragrance category is household fragrance, more specifically fabric and laundry care. Think of that fresh clean smell you take in after pulling your clothing out of the dryer...you can be the one creating that experience. Passion for this category and the ability to work with an amazing team is required.

Requirements:

- 5 years of marketing management experience in home or household fragrance with consumer packaged goods companies – household brands required OR advertising agency experience working on a household name fabric care brand OR experience from a fragrance or flavor manufacturer

- Fabulous client presentation/sales experience

- Good handle on PowerPoint & Excel

- Bachelor’s degree required

- Spanish fluency is a major +
