ACS is currently seeking full-time Sales Executive to become a part of our rapidly growing Business Processing Outsourcing Sales Team with emphasis on Customer Care Executive Sales and Administrative Services Sales. With a global presence, state of the art technology, a 25% growth rate (fastest in Call Center Outsourcing) and being ranked in the ''TOP 3'' call center services providers globally, ACS is the place to work.



The key success criteria for this position include increased sales and revenue generation by conducting formal service/product presentations, making sales calls, using established ACS marketing programs and national, regional or local contact leads, and closing contracts with new logo firms.



Successful candidates will need to demonstrate that they:



Can prepare and submit weekly status reports, expense reports, account profile activity records using standard online tools;

Can work with sales management and marketing personnel to develop and implement new sales programs, products, and services; identify and qualify potential business opportunities and customers’ needs.

Can maintain networks and relationships to keep abreast of competitors’ activities;

Can develop and maintain effective business relationships in the industry;

Can work with senior sales executives and management to ensure effective coordination of sales efforts;

Can prepare and deliver presentations (especially utilizing PowerPoint);

Can conduct research and competitive analyses associated with new opportunity pursuits;

Possess excellent oral and written communications, including the ability to effectively present information to top management and executives (internally and externally) as required.

Possess strong self-motivation and desire for success.

Are willing to travel as much as 75% of the time.



Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent work experience.



''A'' Player, direct CALL CENTER SALES and/or ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES (TRANSACTIONAL BUSINESS PROCESS OUTSOURCING SALES experience to Fortune 500 clients across the following verticals: Retail, Consumer Products, Consumer Products Manufacturing (including computer and high technology firms), non-wireless telecommunications.



This is a high profile position that calls for strong leadership experience, pursuit, self motivation, and excellent presentation skills.
