Job Description:
IIS Information Technology is seeking an IT Infrastructure Lab Manager (Principal Systems Integration Technologist). The Lab Manager will be required to manage Raytheon and subcontract partner resources to design, deploy, sustain, and break down multi-platform/operating systems labs on multi-site/company networks. The network infrastructures are both unclassified and DoD classified in nature.
A successful Lab Manager will apply his/her knowledge of network architectures and technologies, server and storage architecture and technologies, as well as bringing to bear strong leadership, project management, cost management, EVMS, communications, schedule, subcontractor management, and IT infrastructure leadership skills.
The incumbent will perform in a highly virtualized, collaborative, distributed environment.
Basic Qualifications - Required Experience, Skills:

Requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent work experience, plus eight or more years of applicable work experience.

Eight or more years of Systems Engineering or I.T. Infrastructure related experience
-
Four or more years of I.T. Infrastructure management related experience
-
Two or more years experience with Server and Storage Systems
-Two or more years experience in subcontract management
-
Three or more years experience with Network Systems
-
One or more years experience performing formal Project Management from a leadership perspective
-
Experience operating within classified environments
-
Experience providing leadership briefings
-
Experience managing to schedule and budget
-
Experience working and leading in a multi discipline environment
-
U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a DoD Secret and DoD Top Secret security clearance
Desired Skills, Experience, Knowledge:
-
A current and active DoD Top Secret security clearance is a significant advantage.

Experience in Requirements management and derivation

Experience managing Specifications
-
An understanding of the customer's processes and classification requirements.

ITIL Foundations certification
-
CISSP, Microsoft, Cisco, and/or Red Hat certifications

Experience in System Architecture
