Our Fitchburg client is currently looking to fill five Customer Service Rep positions. This direct hire opportunity will be a full time position, with shifts running anywhere between 7am-7pm. This role involves receiving incoming calls from customers, answering questions and solving problems, documenting all customer information and related service action, and providing timely response to letters, voicemails, and email messages.
