JOB DESCRIPTION:
Patient Eligibility Representative:
FT position in the downtown area of Hartford, CT for vendor-based patient financial services position. Medicaid, Patient Financial Representative, Social Services, and/or Case Management exp. is desired. Degree is preferred but not required. Customer service personality and computer skills required. Competitive salary & benefits.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree is preferred but is not required
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Must have a strong working knowledge of Medicaid
- Must have a stable work history
- Experience with disability cases through the Social Security Administration is helpful
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Social service experience is a plus
- Bilingual skills are a +
- Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to drive your own car
