Service Excellence Manager

Temple, TX

You will provide leadership, expertise, facilitation and coordination of service excellence functions and activities in support of Scott & White's vision to be the most Trusted and the most Valued name in American Health Care. The primary focus is to support Service Excellence in the organization and provide operations with the knowledge, tools and resources necessary to manage service excellence effectively across the system. This includes facilitating the operational leaders in forwarding a culture that supports a positive, healing environment for staff and patients. The Service Excellence Managers reports to the System Director of Service Excellence.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree, and five to seven years of experience. Healthcare experience is preferred. Exceptional written and verbal communication, organization, innovation and project management skills are required.
