Provides direct evaluation and treatment services to patients according to principles and practices of Physical Therapy. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary treatment team in the design and implementation of the patient's individualized plan of care.




Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in an accredited APTA Program plus Licensed or eligible for Licensure in the state of South Carolina and CPR Certification required.
