-Participate in the proposal process, negotiate and administer contracts, review statements of

work and advise senior leadership of contractual risks
-Compile and analyze data, and maintain historical information
-Ensure contract acquisition and fulfillment are in accordance with company policies, legal

requirements, customer specifications, FAR, DFAR and NASA FAR

-Prepare and review export license applications
-Articulate and establish sound contractual policy to facilitate successful implementation
-Partner with program management and functional leadership
-Serve as liaison and key contact for customers and internal parties on all contractual matters

Qualifications


-Bachelor*s Degree with 3+ years contracts experience in a government contractor setting
-Experience in proposals, contract negotiations, and dealing with DCMA
