Provide support to the EVP of Research and Program Strategy. Responsible for pulling and distributing national ratings on a daily basis Assist EVP and department VPs with administrative assistance including phones, booking conference rooms, travel, Provide weekly submission of our programming to Nielsen in order to retrieve our daily ratings Responsible for any late breaking live coverage, as well as award shows (improper submission can result in large fines). Must meet deadlines and understand the time sensitivity of the information Update the Star Track system daily, and in a time sensitive manner and reprocess once a month Generate ideas to streamline processes Order and maintain department office supplies Oversee expenditures and maintain monthly budget Required Skills: Should have at least an undergraduate degree from a 4-year school 1-2 years professional experience. Must be able to work with Power Point, Excel and Microsoft Word. Need to have a passion for the category and interest in research. Requires excellent communication (written and oral), interpersonal, and organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and be successful in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
