    Responsible for development, management and execution of complex performance test plans.
Comcast Enterprise Technology SI&M This individual is responsible for the development, management and execution of complex performance test plans, including analysis and interpretation of quantifiable test results and metrics, as well as managing performance lab readiness and uptime. This individual is responsible for escalating potential business risks and for presenting management with metrics to certify that CET products meet or exceed acceptable production tolerances. Required Skills: BS degree in Information Systems, Web Systems, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics or other related degree Master's degree preferred 5+ years direct experience developing performance test plan and test cases, performing system/software failure analysis and documenting results Experience in project planning, project management and critical path scheduling Experience in performance testing Web Services Experience in performance testing of Weblogic applications Experience in performance testing of Single Sign-On or CIMA Login applications Experience in performance testing enterprise Layer applications Experience with Web Sphere or JBoss web server administration, test automation, metrics reporting, database monitoring, etc. Strong Oracle or SQL experience - Candidate must have a thorough understanding of the Oracle and/orMS SQL database and SQL language. Knowledge and experience in a variety of operating systems (LINUX, UNIX, WINDOWS XP/2000 and SUN Solaris) Knowledge and experience in a variety of relational DBMS and LDAP data structures Expertise in a variety of performance test tools and scripting languages (Java proficiency a plus) Excellent understanding of Internet protocol suites Proven ability to analyze and trend performance and reliability of enterprise applications in production-like configuration Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse projects simultaneously. 5+ years of experience leading performance analysis and tuning of applications in a large-scale systems (applications & network) environment, preferably for an ISP Experience in the Cable or Communications industry a plus HP Performance Center & LoadRunner Weblogic Java Proficient LDAP Single Sign-On or CIMA Login Formal test methodologies and standards (CMM/TMM, TPI, ISO, etc.) Computer literacy in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint) or comparable applications HP/Mercury Certified Engineer (preferred)
