DINING ROOM ATTENDANT – 1 Full-time Opening
  • Complete closing duties, including storing all reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning all equipment and areas, returning equipment to proper locations, locking refrigerators, restocking items, turning off lights, locking doors, and completing daily cleaning checklist
  • Set up, stock, and maintain work areas. Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silver prior to use
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
  • Previous food & beverage experience; preferably as a dining room attendant/busser or similar
  • Friendly, outgoing attitude; willing to assist team as well as provide excellent service to customers
  • Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays, as the hotel/restaurant is open year-round
  • Able to sit or stand for extended periods of time; able to move, lift, carry, push, pull or place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 lbs. without assistance
  • Excellent communication and guest service skills; able to complete tasks with efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
