Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide expertise and customer service support to members, customers, and/or providers
- Direct phone-based customer interaction to answer and resolve a wide variety of inquiries
- Coordinate, supervise and is accountable for the daily activities of business support, technical or production team or unit

Requirements:
- 2 years experience working in a call center or a Bachelors degree is required
- 1 year of Human Resources policies and procedures required
- 1 years of proven exemplary coaching / motivational skills at both an individual and team level as either a team lead, educational role or the like is required
- High School Diploma or GED is required
Assets:
- 2 years of customer service experience in medical claims processing and/or healthcare insurance environment is strongly desired
- Experience in team interactions, performance matrix and improvement methods / projects (e.g., coaching, quality, productivity) is an asset
- 2 years experience managing personnel is preferred
- Medical billing experience is desired
- Experience in a working Pharmacy is a plus
- 1 year project management experience preferred
- 6 months of demonstrated leadership/facilitation skills preferred
- BS/BA degree or equivalent 2 years of work experience in a call center preferred
