Cheyenne, Wyoming Our diverse operations are managed in the context of a highly
regulated, challenging and complex environment. As president, Cameco Resources based in Cheyenne, Wyoming,
you will be responsible for the effective leadership and management
of the existing in-situ recovery (ISR) mining operations located in
Wyoming and Nebraska, and for the strategic alignment of these
operations within the corporate business plan. You will develop
operational strategy and direction, while achieving operational and
financial excellence and ensuring compliance with health, safety
and environmental standards. You will be responsible for evaluating additional ISR opportunities
through brown field exploration, evaluation, joint ventures and data
sales and ensuring future production goals will be achieved. You will
promote environmental leadership at the ISR mines and projects while
maintaining and building relationships with stakeholders including
employees, communities, government and regulators to strengthen
Cameco/Cameco Resources position in the industry. In addition,
you will manage the development of new mine units and projects to
maintain and expand production in accordance with long-term plans. You have a bachelor of science, a graduate degree or an MBA,
supplemented by at least 15 years of progressive senior level
management experience in a mining or resource environment along
