Mortgage Dept: Lovell Heights (west Knoxville) Performs a variety of tasks related to the processing and servicing of members existing and newly requested mortgage loans. At least 2 years of mortgage lending experience preferred.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: High School diploma or equivalent.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC guidelines. Knowledge of mortgage loan processing and closing operations in the secondary market. Knowledge, skills and ability required to execute the position requirements in a satisfactory manner.
