STORE MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Maintain a full & effective management and sales staff utilizing high standards of employee recruitment within age limits as required by Company policy. Ensure all training meets requirements of the company policy. Carry out appraisal of all store employees providing feedback on performance. Ensure all disciplinary procedures are carried out in accordance with company policy. Ensure good employee relations, generating a high level of morale and enthusiasm throughout the store. Maintain maximum efforts to achieve the agreed sales projections. Ensure schedule is completed weekly and total payroll hours are within guidelines. Ensure that customers are greeted and informed of any promotions we may be having as they enter the store. Maintain adequate precautions for security of premises, stock, cash, employees and customers in accordance with Company policy. Know how to present merchandise to its best advantage. Maintain high standards of stock care and cleanliness. Maintain high standards of housekeeping. A Manager is also responsible for carrying out any duties as instructed by the Company.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- One year store management experience
- Available weekends with one weekend off per month
