Job Description:
Position will provide day-to-day security administrative support to ensure compliance with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM). Duties include badging of personnel, administering security indoctrinations, briefings and debriefings. Process all visit authorizations letters and maintaining records. Responsible for maintaining and inputting department data into various company databases and ensuring employee foreign travel security requirements are met. Processing incoming and outgoing classified mail and material shipments.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills):
Excellent verbal/written communication skills and organizational skills are a necessity.
Strong computer skills are required: MS Office
Ability to receive US Secret Clearance
Desired Skills:
Ability to multi-task required security assignments.
Detailed oriented with the ability to solve routine challenges
Ability to create and maintain positive relationships with external and internal customers
Working knowledge of the NISPOM
Possess a Six-Sigma, continuous improvement mindset
Previous security administration experience is a plus.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, Associates or Bachelors Degree in related field is a plus
