The Technical Trainer provides ongoing training for Electricians and Machinists performing locomotive maintenance as journeymen. The successful candidate will be responsible for course development, including learning objectives and content for each module, as well as assessment practices to be applied to locomotive maintenance activities to gauge learning.Typical courses are developed to be delivered by working supervisors.
