Hospice of the Rock River Valley The need for Hospice services in the community is growing and so is Hospice of the Rock River Valley We are accepting applications for the following positions: Registered Nurse - this position is responsible for the care plan of individual patients and visits patients in their homes or place of residence. This position is a Monday - Friday exempt position that does require on-call rotation. Admission Nurse - this position requires a Registered Nursing license and is a 30 - 40 hour a week position, with some evening and weekend hours. This position is responsible for all aspects of the admission process. Home Health Aide - This position requires an accredited CNA certification and is approximately 20 - 30 hours per week. This position requires visits to patients in their homes or place of residence. All of the above positions report to the Director of Nursing.
