The ProCurve Sales Representative effectively penetrates and drives the ProCurve relationship into targeted new accounts. The successful sales representative will be a solution provider creating the engagement with new business opportunities. They will define and implement sales strategies to outperform quota assignments while delivering new sources of revenue to the business unit. They will develop and work on problems/projects of diverse complexity and scope, exercise independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution. They will act as a team or project leader providing direction, facilitating information and validating decision process.


  • 5 or more years of verifiably successful professional Business-to-Business solutions selling experience.
  • 5 or more years of networking or similar high-technology experience.
  • Excellent time management, communication, prioritization and negotiation skills.
  • Account planning skills with the experience in up-sell and cross-sell strategies.
  • Excellent C-level presentation skills.
  • Team orientation.
  • Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred).
