Job Description: Weeknights and Weekends available... Need RN/LPN (trach experience helpful but will train). Help care for a young man who had a closed head injury several years ago. He has a permanent tracheostomy, and has vent support when needed. He has improved with the care he has received at home. He continues to require attentive nursing care in a great home environment. Help this close family maintain his quality care in the home. Adult trach experience helpful; will train. Great case! Well-lit at night. Supportive family environment. 3 Employment Tracks for Nurses: Full-Time: Work 36 hours per week and receive hospital-like benefits package including, but not limited to: Paid Time Off; Medical and Dental Insurance through our CARES program; 401K with company match; Scholarship/Tuition Assistance; Talent Scout Bonuses; Continuing Education and training; complete orientation to each home care case; Heroes Recognition Program; and a supportive team-oriented working environment. Part-Time: Choose your days and hours. Work as few or as many hours as you want. We work around your schedule. If you choose to work a minimum of 25 hours per week, you are eligible to receive modified benefits including: 1 average work week in paid time off after 2000 hours worked; Medical and Dental Insurance through our CARES program (paid by employee); and all other benefits listed under Full-time. STAT: As a STAT team member, you will provide short-notice coverage for our high-tech clients. Similar to "staffing" assignments, we pay our STAT team $23-$27/hour to work one-on-one with our home care clients.
