Requirements

Ideal candidate should be outgoing and have a desire to learn about business immigration. The candidate should also be a team player and able to take direction. The prospective intern must be enrolled in a college program and able work a minimum of 10 hours per week, receive college credit for the internship and commit for a minimum of three months/one semester. Note: This is an unpaid internship.

Responsibilities

-File government correspondence and related client documents

-Visit various Consulates and Embassies in New York to file visa applications

-Research business visitor visa application requirements and timelines for various countries

-Copy immigration-related filings, applications, and petitions

-Prepare FedEx packages

Proof internship credit required.
