Team Data Supervisor

Knology, Inc., currently has an outstanding opportunity in our Augusta Call Center for a Team Data Supervisor in our Technical Support department. This position is responsible for the training and development of the Team Data Technical Support Representatives under his/her supervision. Also responsible for Team Data Technical Support Representatives performance in all customer service activities focusing on Internet and Data services inquiries. Resolves escalated customer service problems regarding Internet and Data services and assists the Call Center Management Staff in coordination of Internet and Data services.
A successful candidate will possess a high School diploma or GED. Some college would be a plus. Prefer 4 years experience in call center or customer service environment along with experience in a Lead or Supervisory capacity. Excellent oral and written communications skills along with excellent interpersonal skills are required. Exceptional Internet navigation skills are required. Must possess strong knowledge of latest version of Windows including XP and NT along with Internet Explorer, Outlook Express, and WS_FTP and be able to explain concepts and operation of these programs to both internal and external customers in a clear, concise manner. Must be able to successfully resolve customer problems and complaints.
