Full Time LPN positions available at our Burnt Hills and Latham offices!



LPNs 1) LPN needed on a full time basis for our Burnt Hills Internal Medicine and Pediatrics office

2) 2 LPN's needed full time 30+ hours per week in Latham Family Medicine office. Positions will be involved with our medical home project.

Duties include direct patient care activities and assisting physicians in direct patient care functions. Other duties include scheduling patients, phone triage and patient education.

Must be a graduate from an approved school of nursing. NYS license. Minimum of 2 years experience in a hospital, nursing home or active physician practice. Practice is currently using Electronic Medical Records.
