Job Description
The Senior Research Assistant provides support for the ESCUCHE projects, including IRB preparation and submission, program development, budget development and data management. Recruits participants from the Hispanic and Latino community. Evaluates and refines the program, interprets results. Assist with Grant writing, meeting planning, and meeting preparation. The Senior Research Assistant collects and documents research results. Provides administrative support, assists as a liaison with fiscal to address contract and budget issues, and maintains equipment and supplies in the research area.


Required Education
Bachelors degree with a minimum of two years related research experience required. Must be familiar with IRB relations, budget preparation, and data management. Strong writing skills are a must. Must have working knowledge of Word and Excel programs. Must be able to read and write English and Spanish fluently. Must be able to work independently.
