Lead Developer (Development Department)

This job reports to the VP of Operations.

Our expertise in developing niche digital signage software and content solutions for the financial industry has established us as a leader in the industry and generated continued momentum for our business.


Job Skills/Requirements
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 year degree in Computer Engineering or similar field and bring to Captive an unyielding desire to innovate. This person must recognize the importance of quaility and be able to manage deliverable time schedules through the utilization of local and remote resources.

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1+ years experience with Action Script, preferably AS3
- At least 5 years experience with .NET C# and SQL
- Strong web development skills - HTML, XML, JavaScript, CSS, WebServices
- Technical Documentation writing skills
- Experience with Adobe AIR and Adobe Flex, a plus
- Salary commensurate with experience
