Description

Architect, who can provide guidance, make decisions, and provide recommendations that are recognized as an authority in educational facilities (schools). Initiates and maintains extensive contacts with key architects and industry representatives of other organizations and companies, requiring skill in business development and negotiation of critical issues. Demonstrates creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in anticipating and solving complex problems, determining program objectives and requirements, organizing programs and projects, and developing strategies and guidance for the development of architectural/engineering projects. Responsible for establishing the business development budget, Business development plan, and the implementation of the business development plan for the company in higher ed and K-12 markets.

Qualifications

· BS/BA Degree in Architecture (or equivalent)

· Registered Architect

· 20 + years of experience primarily in Higher Education and K-12.

· Strong ability to communicate and coordinate actions across geographical locations

· Strong computer skills

· Excellent client management, customer service orientation, and writing and presentation skills.

· A desire to excel
