Education: Bachelors Experience: 3-5 years Description: Chartis has an opportunity for a Hearing Representative in its Workers' Compensation division. The key responsibilities for this position are as follows: Providing litigation services for the California Workers' Compensation offices. Evaluating and preparing cases for Board hearings and appearing at hearings on behalf of the company/insured. Attending Mandatory Settlement conferences, taking depositions, lien trials, filing petitions for dismissal, joinder and contribution. Coordinating and resolving outstanding liens from medical providers/vendors.
