DEPARTMENT MARKETING STATEMENT The Administrative Office of the Courts, Information Services (IS) Division is seeking candidates for the Senior Application Development Analyst – SAP/TIBCO interface programmer position. This position will be part of a technical team responsible for programming, interface development, design and support of the financial and human resources modules of SAP implemented as part of a statewide ERP application being developed for the Trial Courts of California. Under the direction of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Unit supervisor, this position will work closely with the project business leads and peers to provide programming support by coding new interfaces, enhancements, conversion programs, reports, etc. for up to 80% of the time. Other duties include working with the business teams to identify programming needs and priorities; ensure programming and documentation standards are being met; develop and review programming levels of effort estimates; provide oversight and guidance to other programmers and/or consultant technical staff; review programs for completeness, efficiency, adherence to standards, and design specifications; develop and maintain project plans; and assist in the resolution of production technical support issues as required.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Equivalent to possession of a bachelor’s degree, preferably with major course work in computer science, and three years of experience in the analysis, design, and development of applications and other information systems including one year of lead experience for those positions identified as lead.
Additional experience may be substituted for the education on a year-for-year basis. Possession of a directly related postgraduate degree may be substituted for one year of experience.
OR
One year as an Application Development Analyst with the judicial branch in information systems.
