EXECUTIVE DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITY IN CLIENT SERVICES

Harris Connect LLC is a privately owned organization of 700 employees who provide integrated Internet, directory, and research solutions for markets such as higher education and membership and professional organizations. We help thousands of organizations connect with millions of constituents, who then connect with one another. Our clients include almost every top college and university in the country, and many widely known and highly respected membership and professional organizations. If selected, you will receive the training, mentoring, and support required to move into a leadership role in a highly respected and successful 46-year old Company. We had our best year in 2008 and we are matching that in 2009.

Initial responsibilities will include:

• Managing all aspects of client relationships and the projects/product lines that they have contracted from Harris Connect from contract execution, through the build and implementation phase, and throughout the entire project.

• Identifying key selling points or products or services for prospective clients to the executive sales team and participating in the development of these programs as needed.

• Utilizing presentation and speaking skills in support of the sales team’s efforts. .

To qualify for this outstanding career opportunity you must have the following:

1) An undergraduate degree from a highly rated and respected University • Major or minor in Marketing preferred.

2) An overall GPA of 3.5 or higher- “Summa” or “Magna” honors

3) Marketing knowledge and skills evidenced by academic achievement and work experience along with a strong sales orientation.

4) Leadership experience in a work or social or academic setting.

5) Strong computer skills required; project management experience a plus.

6) Expertise with mobile, social media, and online communication products required.

7) Ability and desire to travel as necessary

8) Successful public speaking skills in both small and large group settings.

This position is located at our corporate headquarters in Chesapeake, VA, in close proximity to the Virginia Beach resort area and the Outer Banks.
