Account Executive - Microsoft Solutions: RCM Technologies

The Account Executive will join RCM Technologies' Enterprise Integration Solutions group, a stellar Microsoft-focused delivery organization, to promote its consulting and solution-based services and to expand the customer base in southern Ohio and northern Kentucky . The AE will be responsible for lead generation, qualifying, prospecting and being the face of the company throughout the sales cycle. Working in conjunction with the internal team of Subject Matter Experts, the AE will also be an active participant in the process of discovery and quote generation through to delivery. The AE’s focus after delivery will transition to relationship expansion, and to selling additional services or solutions to valued customers. This is an immediately open position, based from the RCM office in Mason , OH . Some travel may be expected.

Requirements:

· Credible, exemplary success in sales of technology solutions. Knowledge of the Microsoft Solution Selling process and/or product suite highly desirable.

· A top seller, with a professional, interactive sales methodology that has yielded quantifiable, quota exceeding results in the technology or consulting space.

· Organizational, motivational and communication skills that set you apart from others in a similar role

· Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration or Marketing

· High level of proficiency with enterprise-specific Microsoft products, and in the Office Suite for business use

· Knowledge of the Cincinnati /northern KY area business and technology climate, major players, competitors and opportunities

· A professional interest in expanding upon personal knowledge of the technology arena, and specifically the Microsoft set of solutions available for offer through this organization
